There are two very simple options to register with LMS as a HIP introducer

1. Go to www.hips.lms.com and fill in the online registration form - remember to select 'Mortgage Promotions' as your affinity group.
2. Call our broker support team on 0845 075 7304 and mention you are a member of 'Mortgage Promotions'.

Once you have registered with us we will send you an email confirming your username and password and provide you with a whole host of information to help get you started.

*If customers choose a LMS panel firm for their sale Conveyancing as well as a LMS HIP, they will receive a Ł50 + VAT cashback upon completion of the sale. When selecting this option the customer will need to initially pay the price of the HIP excluding LMS Conveyancing but the Ł50+VAT cashback on Conveyancing will ensure the ultimate cost of the HIP is Ł249+VAT.

The 'spot' price can fluctuate depending on our capacity so may be more or less than the prices displayed above.

Earn up to Ł200 per completed HIP
If you want to earn commission on your HIP referrals you can do so simply by adding on a referral fee of up to Ł200 +VAT to the base price. You will receive your referral fee within 11 working days of instructing LMS to produce the HIP, even if the deferred payment option has been taken.
