MortgageStream - The Dedicated Mortgage Case Management System

• MortgageStream™ is a case management software dedicated to Mortgage, Life & General Insurance Brokers. Traditionally software packages have been designed for IFAs to track Investment and Pensions and then some programs had a mortgage module “bolted on” as an afterthought. This makes the software, awkward to use, and Mortgage Brokers ended up paying for functionality that they simply cant use.
  
  
• MortgageStream™ was designed from the outset to be dedicated to Mortgage Brokers and therefore is not an IFA software.
  
  
• MortgageStream™ is an offline windows based software, this means that it is installed on your own PC, Laptop or Server, the data remains under your control at all times, web access is NOT required to use the system. MortgageStream™ is designed to be networked so that one or more staff can have access to the data logging in from different networked PCs or remotely if required.
  
  
• MortgageStream™ interfaces with all four main sourcing software products with a 2 WAY link with Trigold, Mortgage Brain, Mortgage 2000 and Homebuyer sourcing software. MortgageStream™ also links with Word®, Excel® and Outlook®/Outlook Express®. MortgageStream™ is designed to run a Mortgage Brokerage’s back office processing, marketing, and management information and FSA RMAR requirements. Every part of the mortgage advice and application process is recorded and tracked by the software.
  
  
• This means that users will never have to enter the same data more than once, this saves huge amounts of time, and improves data accuracy. For Example: A new mortgage enquiry can be entered into MortgageStream™ and then details can be exported to Trigold/MBL/M2000/Homebuyer with a single mouse click. Even more importantly; after sourcing the mortgage and completing the application, full Mortgage details plus ALL accompanying documents e.g. IDD, KFIs, AIPs, and applications can be imported back from the chosen sourcing system or systems to MortgageStream™
  
  
• Mortgage Brokerages may have several different sourcing software databases on different PCs, all with unique data, sometimes they even have a combination of different sourcing systems. MortgageStream™ allows the user to link to any and all sourcing software databases to import data. This allows Managers or Directors to see all relevant IDDs, KFIs, AIPs and Applications in one place.
  
  
• MortgageStream™ has a shared diary allowing all users to set & view tasks for themselves and for other users of the system. Tasks can be configured to “pop up” on the PC of the intended user. In this way managers can monitor staff workload, book appointments for the Advisers, and set recontact dates, chase up calls and a host of other tasks.
  
  
• The software has progress buttons for every stage of the application process e.g. Application Written, Case Send to Lender, Acknowledged, Val instructed & Received, Mortgage Offered, Contracts Exchanged (for purchases), Completed, Fees Received, Fully Paid up. The user clicks the relevant button, confirms the date and the system updates the case status.
  
  
• Authorised users can view the status of any or all cases using the various summary screens and by using various filters can create detailed reports on everything from number of new leads, cases, fees due, received and overdue, Adviser and Introducer statistics. All this is specifically designed to be easy to use yet secure, and essential when monitoring business performance and profitability and of course when completing the RMAR submission.
  
  
• MortgageStream™ has several added value options; the PhoneStream™ interface allows users to automatically “pop up” the Clients details on the PC screen whenever the customer calls into the office, users can also dial out from MortgageStream™ by clicking on the phone number, all phone calls are automatically logged and the conversation recorded and saved to either the lead, client, lender, solicitor or introducer file within the system. AudioStream™ allows users to digitally record interviews to the lead or client record in MortgageStream™, users can also send SMS messages via TextStream™

Additional licenses can be purchased at any time on a pro rata basis, i.e. you only pay for the additional licenses for the number of months left until the anniversary date of the original license.
